Early Career Foundation

I gained hands-on experience across multiple frontline and customer-facing roles, including Sales Executive at Rupeek Fintech Pvt Ltd, Brand Promoter for Hershey's, Customer Support at Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd, Event Promoter for Godrej Group, Marketing Promoter for Garbhagudi IVF Centre, Sales Promoter for Yoga Bar, and Customer Assistance for redBus.

These were part-time roles undertaken during my college years, allowing me to gain real-world industry exposure alongside my academic studies.

Engineering Journey & Professional Experience

I began my professional journey as a Software Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions (Nov 2021 - Sep 2023), where I worked on enterprise-scale applications, backend systems, and critical production environments.

During this tenure, I developed strong expertise in production systems, debugging, and enterprise workflows.

Core Responsibilities

  • Production Support & Incident Management: Handled incidents, Problem Investigations (PBI), and Known Error (PKE) tracking while ensuring SLA-based resolution for high-priority issues.
  • System Monitoring & Debugging: Analyzed application logs, performed health checks, monitored cron jobs and backend services, and replicated production issues locally for root cause analysis.
